300C Touring Joins Magnum SRT-8 Sports Tourer as the LX Sport Wagons
In January Chrysler Group's Dodge brand introduced the Magnum SRT-8 Sports Tourer Concept at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the first of its thinly disguised rear-wheel drive LX vehicles, to replace the current front-wheel drive cab-forward LH sedans.

Followed three months afterwards in Geneva by the gorgeous Airflite concept, and then 43 days later with the bold 300C concept that debuted in New York, Chrysler's new HEMI V8-powered arsenal appears ready to strike fear into the competition.

Not to leave a stone unturned, Chrysler debuted photos of its Chrysler 300C Touring Concept yesterday. The Touring follows a very similar profile to the Magnum SRT-8 that started the ball rolling, yet offers Chrysler's high-society egg-crate grille, chrome accents and classic winged logo.
From the rear the 300C Touring concept's wide, low lines mimic styling cues of the 2004 Pacifica, a good model to copy, tying in a clean, understated family theme. The front is purposefully identical to the 300C concept, a powerful upscale image.
