Production of the 2002 Chrysler Intrepid (Dodge in U.S. market) police vehicle begins in January, 2002 at the Brampton, Ontario assembly plant, where the Chrysler and Dodge Intrepid, Chrysler 300M and Chrysler Concorde are currently built. Base price for the Chrysler Intrepid police vehicle, which is available only to police departments is $28,075 MSRP.
