Decorate a pothole and you could win new tires!

Pop up Studio, a company based in Scranton, Pennsylvania, is encouraging people to turn the city's numerous potholes into real works of art. They will reward the best artist with a brand new set of tires. The runner-up will get free car washes for a year, while the third-place finisher will receive... a big hug from the Pop up Studio team.

Judging by the pictures that have already been submitted, it's safe to say the people of Scranton have a lot of imagination!
