Without artifice, Nissan unveiled the Forum Concept. Penned in San Diego at the company's Californian design studios, this vehicle has no chance of getting the green light, but it gives a glimpse of Nissan's future styling orientation. In fact, the all-new 2009 Nissan Murano, also introduced at the NAIAS, shares some similarities with the Forum, particularly the headlight clusters. The
next-generation Maxima, set to make its debut at the upcoming New York International Auto Show, will also borrow a few elements -- again according to a spokesman for the Forum design team. What this all means is that the Forum Concept is not the prototype of the future Quest, let alone an eventual production model.
