The German touring car series, the DTM, has agreed to a new contract with Brands Hatch for the Kent circuit to host a championship race for the next three years.
Next year's event has already been confirmed for August the 30th. DTM has been racing at Brands Hatch since 2006 and it is the shortest circuit on the calendar and in this year's race drivers completed a total of 82 laps.
