The Endurance World Championship calendar has been unveiled, with eight rounds including the Le Mans 24 Hours.
The Endurance World Championship, that will replace the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup next year, will start on march 17th with the Sebring 12 Hours in Florida. That will be the only round presented in North America, as the series will not move to Petit Le Mans in 2012.
The “historic” rounds of the European championship will remain at the calendar, with Spa in May and Silverstone in August, but also the legendary Le Mans 24 Hours that will be part of the calendar next season in June.
The championship will then move to South America (Interlagos, Brazil), and Asia, for three rounds (Fuji, Bahrain, and a race in China to determinate).
