A judge presiding over the Scuderia Ferrari's court action said a verdict will be declared on Wednesday.
In Paris' Tribunal de Grande Instance on Tuesday afternoon, three lawyers acting for Ferrari requested an injunction against next year's formula one regulations, including the controversial budget cap.
The hearing took place over the space of one hour.
Judge Jacques Gondrand de Robert said the court's decision will be declared on Wednesday at 2pm local.
