Following two immensely disappointing Grands Prix so far this season, the Scuderia Ferrari has decided to restructures its trackside operations with immediate effect.
Autosport.com reports that first of all team manager and race strategist Luca Baldisserri has being switched to a factory-based role.
The Scuderia has set up a new working committee designed to modify the F60 and turn the situation around as soon as possible.
This committee is headed by technical director Aldo Costa, with Baldisserri now handed responsibility for coordinating the factory efforts with trackside operations.
This means that Luca Baldisserri will no longer attend races, with his role at the races now being taken by chief track engineer Chris Dyer, Kimi Raikkonen's former race engineer.
As well as the team restructure, Ferrari will bring a host of new parts to this weekend's Chinese Grand Prix - including a revised front wing - which were evaluated by Marc Gené in straight-line testing last week.
