Red Bull Technology's 2009 formula one car, to be used by the energy drink company's two teams next year, will not roll out of the Milton-Keynes factory until March.

That is the revelation of Sebastien Buemi, Red Bull Racing's test driver who is expected to step up to the Toro Rosso race seat for the forthcoming season.

Citing Buemi's information, the French sports daily L'Equipe said Red Bull Racing, the senior team, will therefore have "only one test session" to prepare the car for the season opening Australian grand prix.

L'Equipe said Faenza based Toro Rosso will also have to wait until March to receive the new car.

The new Red Bull had been expected to make its track debut in mid February.
