Sauber has announced they will bring an updated version of their aerodynamic package for the next Japanese Grand Prix. The developments on the car should boost the performances of drivers Kamui Kobayashi and Sergo Perez.

The updated parts include both the front and rear wings, brake ducts and the floor of the car.

Technical director James Key is adamant the effort should bring Sauber back to Force India level, and out of reach from Toro Rosso's assaults.

Mexican Sergio Perez says the Japanese crowd will help the team perform, because of their love for local hero Kamui Kobayashi. He also thinks the layout of the track will suit his car well.

"For me it will be the first time I go to Japan", Perez admitted. "But I have driven the circuit on the simulator and it is obviously an exciting one. I am very much looking forward to driving through the high speed corners in reality, and I also think those corners will suit our car quite well."

"I also expect the team will get a lot of support from the Japanese fans because of Kamui, and this will be a nice experience as well."
