The funds, thankfully, will be benefiting the Canadian Cancer Society, more reason for Paris, Ontario resident Lee Munro to be excited.

"I am truly ecstatic to have been a part of this auction - not only have I purchased one of the most unique cars in Canada, but I have also been able to help an extremely important charity," said Munro, owner of Lee Munro Chevrolet. "General Motors of Canada, eBay.ca and the Canadian Cancer Society have created an opportunity that is almost impossible for any car-lover to pass up."

She continued, "We would like to thank all Canadians that took part in the auction and helped generate the funds that will go to the Canadian Cancer Society."

The Chevy SSR was up for auction on eBay.ca Motors from September 5 through 15, with all proceeds going to the respected Canadian charity.
