Bonhams, one of the world’s oldest and largest auctioneers of fine art and antiquities in the world, will be putting five sublime and incredibly rare Ferraris up for auction at their Royal Air Force Museum event in Hendon, England, on April 11.

The star of the show is a 1999 F50 Barchetta with only 5,444 km on the odometer, a car inspired by the 614/2 that won six F1 races in 1990 and almost earned Alain Prost the championship title. It should sell for an estimated £350,000-400,000 pounds.

The 1978 512BB Berlinetta Boxer bought last year by F1 driver Jenson Button will also be up for grabs. The winning bid is estimated at £90,000-110,000, and it will probably interest quite a few collectors.

A 1990 Berlinetta F40 (£300,00-350,000), the highly coveted 1985 288GTO Berlinetta (£350,000-400,000) and a 2003 360 Challenge Stradale (£75,000-85,000) round out the list of exotic Ferrari beauties.

Bonhams is expecting to collect over one million sterling pounds (around 1,566,579 Canadian dollars) during the event.
