Ford has just introduced a new 2008 Mustang with a special "Warriors in Pink" package. This Mustang will be produced as a limited edition model with only 200 units available in Canada. This is the first-ever Ford vehicle exclusively designed with the intent to support this worthy cause.
This is Ford's 11th year of supporting the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. Over that period of time, Ford of Canada has dedicated more than $10 million in cash and in-kind donations.
Both V-6 Coupe and Convertible models will be offered with the Warriors in Pink package. It adds a pink ribbon, a Pony fender badge, pink rocker tape striping, charcoal-coloured leather seats assembled with pink stitching and an aluminium-spoke steering wheel also with pink stitching. The Warriors in Pink package includes the Mustang Pony package and can be delivered in one of three available colours: black, metallic silver and performance white.
The 2008 Mustang V6 with Warriors in Pink package can presently be pre-ordered by customers. The cars will be in dealerships by mid-summer. $300 from every sale will end up in the capable hands of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
