DPR driver Michael Herck finished the GP2 Asia Series tests on top of the chart on the last day of this last season's test, in Abu Dhabi.
Formula 1 prospect Karun Chandhok finished 15th and 18th in the morning and afternoon sessions respectively for the Scuderia Coloni team.
Chandhok's teammate, Coloni rookie driver Adrian Quaife-Hobbs, set the third fastest time in the morning session and the 14th fastest in the afternnoon.
It was the fourth and last post season test day of the 2010 campaign for all GP2 Asia teams and drivers.
Drivers and teams mostly tested the Bridgestone tires during those tests since it also marked the end of the GP2/08 car after three seasons of use. The series will introduce a new car a couple of weeks.
Herck's afternoon lap-time, 1:47.138, was the fastest of the four days of testing. Thirty-nine drivers took part to this last chance to run in 2010. Chandhok accepted to participate in the session even though he hopes to get a full-time seat in F1 next year.
The series return to test the new car in Abu Dhabi on February 2-3 and 6-7.
