GP3: Daniel Abt dominant in Valencia tests

Daniel Abt dominated both testing days presented in the circuit of Valencia, Spain.

The young german driver, who took part to this tests with team Lotus ART (2011 champion), was quickest on Wednesday ahead of Michael Heche and Matias Laine. Abt set again the best performance on Thursday ahead of Matias Laine and Marlon Stockinger.

Abt, son of Hans-Jürgen Abt, who runs the Audi in the DTM championship, won the Formula ADAC Masters in 2009. In 2010, he was runner-up in German Formula 3 championship. This season, he took 7th place overall in the F3 Euroseries championship with team Signature.
