Here are our recommendations for winter tires this year

All the others

There are many other interesting brands of winter truck tires on the market including the Hankook Dynapro I*cept, I*Pike RW11 and especially the studless RW10 Winter I*cept X created for icy roads. The Lauffen I FIT Ice is one of these by-products of the South Korean manufacturer Hankook.

Maxxis is another one of those little-known products whose catalog mentions several winter light-duty truck tires including the AP-2 All Season, which is the brand's winter-approved tire.

What about Chinese tires?

Of course, we can't overlook all the Chinese or Asian tire brands now offered in out market. Of all these products, some like the GT Radial Adventurer AT-AW (manufactured in various parts of the world including South Carolina), MaxtrekRovelo and/or Ridgetrak AT deserve to be considered, but there are still few studies that can confirm their long-term effectiveness and reliability.
