According to Autoblog, Lincoln is poised to launch a range of high-performance models to take on luxury automakers like Mercedes (AMG), BMW (M) and Audi (S and RS).
Considering the growing popularity of all-wheel drives and EcoBoost engines, the brand has reportedly been tempted to boost output and add a few superior components to attract fans of horsepower and burnt rubber, in other words a younger crowd.
Though Lincoln hasn’t confirmed the rumour, Autoblog expects the automaker to reveal concrete information by the end of the year.
