Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. announced today that the 2011 Sonata Hybrid will be available at Canadian Hyundai dealers this spring with a suggested retail price of $29,999.
The base Sonata Hybrid comes well equipped with features such as six airbags, electronic stability control, traction control, ABS, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, Bluetooth® connectivity, a 6-speaker audio system with MP3 and auxiliary input, proximity entry with push-button start, an advanced LCD trip computer and 16-inch alloy wheels.
The Premium Package ($4,500) adds features that include leather seating, heated rear seats, navigation with voice activation, a backup camera, a 7-speaker Infinity® audio system with amplifier, 17-inch alloy wheels and a panoramic sunroof.
The combination of re-shaped front and rear fascias with a deeper air dam, extended rocker panels and lower drag wheels results in an industry-low drag coefficient of just 0.25, similar to the Toyota Prius.
