As reported last week, the new Hyundai RN30 Concept made its North American debut at the 2017 Montreal Auto Show. Created to offer pure driving pleasure on the race track, this stunning sports car previews the future “N” performance banner being developed by Hyundai.
That letter stands for Namyang, home of Hyundai Motor’s R&D centre, and Nürburgring, the legendary German track where the car was honed.
The Hyundai RN30 Concept’s turbocharged 2.0L engine has us all very excited with its 375 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque. As we wait for the production version to arrive (before the end of this year), here are three more videos that will give you a better idea of Hyundai’s plan with N:
