Despite difficult qualifyings, Peugeot finally took win at Spa, second round of ILMC and second round of LMS.

13th on the grid, the 908 driven by Alex Wurz, Anthony Davidson and Marc Gene had a great catch-up in the first hour, during Wurz’s stint, to move up to the lead, and eventually took win after six hours of race ahead of sister car driven by Nicolas Minassian, Franck Montagny and Stéphane Sarrazin, which started from the back of the grid.

The third 908 could possibly take the final podium spot, but the car driven by Lamy, Bourdais and Pagenaud suffered an accident in the first hour, then a suspension failure later in the race, to drop down to 8th.

The Audi R18 dominated the qualifying (the session was shortened by a red flag), but could secure only 3rd place as a best result, with Kristensen/Capello/McNish. The car was targeting the second place before a puncture, result of a contact with a LMP2 car, cost the team a lot of time in the last hour of the race.

The best LMP1 "fuel" is the Pescarlo driven by Christophe Tinseau, Emmanuel Collard and Julien Jousse, 6th in overall classification. In LMP2, the TDS ORECA took win with Beche/Thiriet/Firth. The Hope Racing’s ORECA car took win in the Formula Le Mans category.

The AF Corse Ferrari F458 driven by Giancarlo Fisichella and Gianmaria Bruno claimed maiden win in GTE Pro, despite a penalty during the race. The Hankook Racing F458 (Farnbacher/Simonsen) took 2nd ahead of factory BMW M3 driven by Priaulx and Alzan.

The GTE Am win went to IMSA Performance’s Porsche 997 driven by Nicolas Armindo and Raymond Narac.
