World-famous hypermiler Wayne Gerdes took the new 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid for a spin... and wound up covering 2,300 miles (3,701 kilometres) with two full tanks of gas, achieving a remarkable 60 mpg (3.92 L/100 km) in the process.
