NASCAR: Parker Kligerman, the latest Penske discovery, hopes to move up to Nationwide Series in Kansas
Parker Kligerman is only 18, and a rookie, winning seven races in the ARCA series. He's only 25 points out of the lead with two races remaining. He will be attempting to make his debut in the NASCAR Nationwide Series at Kansas Speedway this Saturday in a Penske Dodge in the Kansas Lottery 300.
