Second day of qualifying for the Indianapolis 500 has been cancelled due to rain at the Speedway. It has been the third time this week that activities have been delayed because of rain.
Sunday's pre-qualifying practice was first and, later on, officials announced that qualifying session would not take place.
Positions 12 to 22 on the Indy 500 grid had been due to be set Sunday, but these will now be allocated at the same time as the final 11 places in next Saturday's session.
Practice will resume Wednesday.
