Sebastian Saavedra started from pole in Sunday's Indy Lights race at Barber Motorsports Park and never had to worried about his followers; cruising to a comfortable win.

At one point during the race the Andretti Autosport driver managed to stretch his advance by more than 2.5 seconds over the pursuing Tristan Vautier who had won the race in St Petersburg a week ago.

The Frenchman crossed the finish line in second place just in front of his Sam Schmidt Motorsports team-mate Esteban Guerrieri.

Team Moore Racing's Gustavo Yacaman was fourth followed by the incredible Victor Carbone, who started from the rear of the grid after going off in qualifying, and managed still to finish in fifth.
