Auto123.com had already revealed earlier this month that Justin Wilson would return with Dale Coyne Racing for the 2012 IndyCar season and it has now been confirmed.
A veteran like Wilson we’ll surely be an asset to the team, especially with the recent announcement that Honda would motorised the two-car squad.
Wilson was the first and only driver to earn a win for Coyne back at Watkin Glen in 2009. His return coincides with that of engineer Bill Pappas, who worked with him in his previous stint with the team.
A second driver should be named in the coming weeks but according to sources, James Jakes and Alex Lloyd are among the probable contenders.
