There will be new and old faces coming in the IZOD IndyCar Series as Briton Jay Howard will return to active duty in Las Vegas while Dillon Battistini will make his debut with Conquest Racing at the Kentucky Speedway.

Jay Howard, 30, will join the Rahal-Letterman-Lanigan Racing in what will be his third appearance of the season, after contesting the Indianapolis 500 and the Firestone Twin 275s at Texas earlier this year - with a best finish of 15th.

After having contested a full season of Indy Lights with Panther Racing in 2008, former Asian Formula 3 champion Dillon Battistini will join Conquest Racing for the Kentucky Speedway event.

Conquest will complete a test at Kentucky on Friday September 23 to help Battistini prepare for the meeting on October 1-2.
