On the fifth day of deliberation in the Helio Castroneves tax evasion trial, jurors have informed the Judge that they were unanimous on counts five and six with regards to Castroneves' employment with Team Penske in 2002 and 2003.
The jury remain deadlocked on 5 of the 7 counts against the two-time Indy winner, including the conspiracy charge to hide revenue, and Judge Graham asked them to go back and try to come to a unanimous conclusion on the undecided counts.
If the jury in Miami can break their deadlock on 5 of the remaining 7 charges, we could see a verdict handed down within hours.
