Luczo Dragon Racing announced today that they will become a full-time team in 2009 and that they have signed both 2008 Atlantic and 2008 Indy Lights champion Raphael Matos to a multi-year contract to drive the No.12 Symantec entry in the IndyCar series.
The 27-years-old Matos has dominated the Indy Lights series with three victories and 13 Top 10 finishes in 16 races.
His previous championships came in Champ Car Atlantic in 2007, Star Mazda in 2005 and Formula Dodge in 2003.
