To most it came as no surprise that The Alfa Romeo Brera also won the best exterior on a concept vehicle prize, while the stunning Cadillac Cien took second and Citroen C-Airdream 3rd.
A separate award is given to the best Environmental Concept, taken this year by GM's Hy-Wire. The Bertone SKF Novanta and Opel Concept M came in 2nd and 3rd respectively.
