Renowned comedian Jerry Seinfeld will put 18 of his Porsche cars under the hammer at the Amelia Island Auction on March 11th, some of which are currently valued at more than one million dollars.
Seinfeld is a huge Porsche enthusiast and his private collection includes 47 models, according to Classic and Performance Car.
Gooding & Company has a few details about the cars that will be up for bid. The oldest and most valuable of the bunch is a 1955 Porsche 550 Spyder restored by Wendler; it could sell for up to $6 million USD. There’s also a 1958 Porsche 356A estimated at over $2 million USD, and a 1974 Porsche 911 RSR 3.0 IROC that was the first of 15 cars commissioned by Roger Penske for the International Race of Champions and could fetch over $1.5 million USD.
