Running a marathon is quite a feat. Now, imagine doing so while pulling a 1,505kg MINI Countryman. That’s exactly what British fitness expert Ross Edgley accomplished last Friday on the Silverstone race track.
After training for over eight months in three different countries and enduring a specially formulated diet of 6,000 calories per day, Edgley completed the 42.195km distance in 19 hours and 36 minutes.
“MINI is a brand that’s known for fun and adventure. I wanted to choose a car that would not look out of place over country terrain and MINI Countryman fits the bill perfectly,” he said.
