The upcoming Geneva Auto Show will feature the global public debut of the all-new McLaren 570GT, to be sold first in the U.K. starting at £154,000 (approx. $298,000 CAD).
A highlight of this model is the side-opening rear glass hatch that offers an additional 220 litres of storage behind the seats, for a total of 370 litres.
The McLaren 570GT becomes the third member of the brand’s Sports Series, joining the 570S and 540C Coupe. It uses a 3.8L twin-turbo V8 engine rated at 562 horsepower to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds and reach a maximum speed of 328 km/h. Meanwhile, the suspension system has been revised for long-distance comfort: Spring rate stiffness is down 15% at the front and 10%.
