Lotus 'Project Eagle': increased performance and room for four
At the upcoming British Motor Show in London (July 23 - August 3), Lotus will unveil a new mid-engine sports coupe called 'Project Eagle'. It will be powered by a Toyota-sourced 3.5-liter V6 generating 280 horsepower. And like every other Lotus, the chassis will be extremely lightweight. No performance data has been recorded yet, but the company claims a top speed of 258 km/h and 0-60 mi/h accelerations in less than 5 seconds.
