AS: Did you ever see yourself at this point in your life, at this place?
RHR: For sure. I mean it's always been my goal, and it's finally here.
AS: As you know, there aren't any American drivers in Formula 1 right now, how do you feel about advancing?

RHR: That's my big goal to get there, for sure. I have a lot of work to do.
AS: How does your family feel about your career?
RHR: They are very supportive. I mean it's a rookie team, and I'm a rookie driver so we've had a lot of work to do this year.
AS: Working with Jimmy Vasser, how has that been?
RHR: Excellent, very good.

AS: He's quite an experienced driver, do you learn a lot from him, and what do you think has been the key point you have learned from him thus far?
RHR: Very much. It's how to approach a race weekend. I learned about his mentality and how he deals with major league racing.
AS: You probably don't have a lot of free time right now, but when you do have a spare moment, what do you like to do?
RHR: Get out on the boat in South Florida where I live.
AS: Do you like fishing?
RHR: Absolutely.
