As usual, the Bristol Motor Speedway NASCAR Nationwide race was pretty lively.

The Food City 250 held on Friday evening proved once again very interesting as point leader Kyle Busch (Camry No 18) crashed early in the race as he had just taken the lead on the legendary half-mile oval short track. He came back but would not do better than 28th.

Meanwhile, young David Ragan (Ford No 6) worked his way up front and, as a the race ended in a yellow-green-checkered situation, took advantage of the situation to finally win the race as Justin Allgaier (Dodge No 12) caused a yellow flag on the last lap.

Ragan was followed by Carl Edwards (Ford No 60) who, this time, dodged every obstacle and pole sitter Brad Keselowski (Chevy No 88) who just announced he signed a contract to drive for Roger Penske at the wheel of the No 12 Sprint Cup Dodge in 2010.

Kevin Harvick (Chevy No 33) finished fourth followed by Matt Kenseth (Ford No 16).

Kyle Busch still leads the championship but, now, with only 248 points over Edwards and 303 over Keselowski.

The next Nationwide race will be held in Montreal on Sunday afternoon of next week.
