New Jaguar XF Sedan to replace S-Type

Luxury carmaker Jaguar announced yesterday plans to release a new premium sports sedan next fall to replace the S-Type sedan in the Jaguar model lineup.

It's positioned in the luxury mid-sized segment, designed by staff at Jaguars product development centre in Coventry, UK, and it's simply called the XF.

Joining its siblings the XK, XJ, and X-Type, the new model will be built at Jaguar's Advanced Manufacturing Centre in Birmingham with deliveries beginning in spring of 2008.
