The DUVALAUTO group will soon open a new Mercedes-Benz and smart dealership in Boucherville, Quebec. The inauguration is scheduled for this fall.
The 40,000 sq. ft. complex will be one of the first automotive dealerships to meet LEED building requirements. Leadership in Energy and Environnemental Design is an environmental initiative and certification program to significantly reduce overall consumption of various forms of energy in the dealership. Energy, water and heating efficiency as well as the use of local-sourced materials are among the key principles.
This new dealership represents an investment of more than $6 million in the region and will create approximately 30 new jobs.
The building will easily accommodate more than 25 Mercedes-Benz and smart vehicles in separate showrooms split between two floors.
