The all-new Mercedes-Maybach will make its global debut in less than two weeks at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. Celebrating the 50th birthday of the best-known Pullman sedan of them all, the Mercedes-Benz 600 Pullman, this high-end luxury car is expected to cost €500,000 when deliveries begin in early 2016.

Impressive in size (6.5m long, 1.6m tall, wheelbase of 4.41m), the Mercedes-Maybach Pullman is obviously aimed at the wealthiest in the world including heads of state and members of royal families. It is motivated by a twin-turbo V12 engine producing 530 horsepower.

The ultra-spacious interior offers comfortable seating for four. The chauffeur and front passenger are seated in the direction of travel on two executive seats which are part of the standard specification; other passengers can sit on the fold-down seats facing backwards. If specifically requested, the Pullman can also be delivered in an exclusive version without the additional seats.

For the executive seats, the maximum backrest angle is 43.5 degrees. The most upright backrest position of 19 degrees allows relaxed working in the rear. Legroom, of course, is super-generous. Meanwhile, the glass partition between the rear and the driver's area ensures discretion: It can be lowered electrically and also changes from transparent to opaque at the touch of a button.

It goes without saying that Mercedes-Maybach will offer unique opportunities to customize the appointments of their Pullman limousines. An armoured version will even be available.
