Consumers had to wait for this long-promised plug-in SUV, but Ford finally delivered the goods with this PHEV version of its popular compact SUV.
It's worth mentioning that, like some of the other plug-in vehicles on the market, the cheapest Escape at the pump relies on front-wheel drive to get around, which explains the manufacturer's pricing strategy. If you can live with that, there’s the pretty impressive 60-km all-electric range to consider.
