Why is it so expensive? Well, there are three special elevators allowing owners to bring their car home, inside their apartment, even 60 stories high!
The full-glass garages offer a total of 284 parking spots (2-4 per apartment). Each apartment also comes with a private pool, a 150-square-foot kitchen, a mezzanine, a 20-foot high ceiling, and giant bay windows providing a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean.
