Ford works driver Mikko Hirvonen still leads the prestigious Rally de Monte-Carlo held in Sourthern France. The Finn drives a brand new Ford Fiesta.

The result on Thursday´s final stage means the Peugeot driver has closed the gap to Skoda´s second-placed driver Juho Hanninen to 22 seconds.
Hirvonen still leads overall in the M-Sport Fiesta S2000 but his margin his been trimmed just slightly to 47.7s. Nicolas Vouilloz is fourth overall.
