New Renault F1 driver Robert Kubica will drive a Clio Sport R3 next week at Rallye du Var, in the final round of the French rally championship.
Last week, Kubica made his rally debut, driving a Clio in the Rally Taormina-Messina in Sicily, where he was forced to retire after an early crash.
« It's a very demanding and spectacular category,” said Kubica. “And I have been thinking about participating in a rally for quite a while. So joining the Renault F1 Team has created the perfect opportunity to try this out ».
