Somewhere in the first half of 2008, the city of Gatineau, Quebec, will see Mr. Nader Dormani, a highly successful local businessman, open a second Mitsubishi dealership, called Rallye Mitsubishi. The first one, Méga Mitsubishi, was established in 1999 and is also owned by Mr. Dormani. His goal is to make Rallye Mitsubishi the company's largest dealership in Canada. The facilities will cover 32,000 square feet at 1261, Saint-Joseph Boulevard in Gatineau.

For the Japanese automaker, Rallye Mitsubishi becomes the 20th dealership across the province. Considering the overwhelming sales growth over the last year (more than 50 %), a new dealership had become virtually necessary. Sales forecasts for the upcoming months are equally optimistic, which means there's no reason for anyone to rest on their laurels.

By making sound investments and offering a more customized service (gym, Internet room, etc.), Mr. Dormani is hoping to lure in buyers from Ontario.

Mitsubishi still plans on expanding its Canadian dealer network from 65 to 90 by spring 2009.
