Mercedes-Benz has recently issued a recall on the 2013-2015 E-Class. A total of 4,978 units are affected in Canada.
In some cases, a rubber seal mounted on the firewall may come loose. If the seal was to come loose and fall onto the exhaust system, this could increase the risk of fire. Mercedes-Benz dealers will therefore attach additional retaining clips.
