The Red Bull technical director has been involved in a crash during a Ginetta sport car race at Snetterton, in UK, on Sunday.
Invited to participate into a Ginetta G50 race, Adrian Newey was nudged off the track by Julien Draper before being hit side-on by Tony Hugues.
Adrian Newey was removed from the car on a stretcher and taken to hospital for precautionary checks.
