That's the offer that Wisconsin resident Peter Gilbert recently took advantage of. The owner of a 1989 Saab 900 SPG who works as an insurance salesman recently turned in his well-used ride for a brand new Saab 9-5 Aero- a step up with some cutting edge features and 260 horsepower. The SPG model which was turned in still ran with the original engine and turbo.
Saab GM Jay Spenchian commented on the achievement which speaks volumes to product quality and owner loyalty.

"Having personally been with Peter Gilbert in his 900 SPG as we crossed their magical finish line together, one cannot help but being impressed by the condition of car and driver after one million miles. The offer is valid as long as owners can prove the odometer hasn't been tampered with, and that the vehicle is and always was registered in the USA.
