Shell Canada Products is launching V-Power Diesel. This new fuel has more than three times the detergency technology of Shell's previous premium diesel, helping clean injectors for better engine protection and optimum combustion performance.
This diesel fuel is tailored to Canadian driving conditions. The cetane ratio has been increased for quicker ignition and improved cold-weather starting. Also, a de-icing additive actively prevents the formation of ice inside the fuel tank. Moreover, a corrosion inhibitor helps prevent corrosion of steel and alloy parts in fuel systems.
Shell V-Power Diesel is available at 220 refuelling stations across Canada.
