Although not one of our favorite designs for the 2013, the Lincoln MKZ remains a crucial player in Ford’s luxury brand lineup.
As with numerous recent Ford products, recalls seem to be par for the course. The newest Lincoln, already delayed by post-assembly quality inspection backlogs, is in the process of being recalled for potential electrical shock or corrosion due to exposed wiring in the engine bay.
So far, Ford reports that no one has been hurt by the exposed wire. To date, roughly 500 2013 Lincoln MKZs are being recalled in both Canada and the U.S.
