Of course, the Spyker brand isn't just about show-- and those interested in a taste of Spyker's racing heritage can consider the C8 Laviolette LM85 coupe. Only 24 will be built, and power levels remain the same as the standard car-- though advanced engineering and parts selection are applied to deliver a track-ready package that commemorates the C8 GT2R race car. The interior is trimmed with alcantara suede, turned aluminum, and black leather. Each unit is identified by a special chassis number for exclusivity.
The LM85 edition also includes custom upgraded brakes and a set of fire-resistant floor mats. Completing the exclusive LM85 package, the car ships with a special Chronoswiss watch with a face styled after the instruments on the car. The LM85 also comes with a Spyker VIP Hospitality weekend at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in June 2009.
