The Concept X is the firm's first midsize sport utility vehicle concept, designed for and aimed at the rapidly expanding North American market. With emphasis on practicality, functionality, and "infotainment", the Concept X should deliver to the highest expectations of even the most demanding SUV buyers.

sleeker lines. The concept is sharply styled with a pointed nose, flush bumpers and a wraparound grille and headlamp unit. Muscular fenders, inset tailpipes, rear-hinged doors and silver-coloured body accents provide additional visual flair.

The concept forges Suzuki's new identity which easily fits in with the stylish, road-oriented Nissan Murano and Mitsubishi Endeavor, but the Concept X is far more than a pretty face. Underneath, it features an all-new V6 motor that provides best-in-class power, and a proper full-time all-wheel drive system with low-range gears actuated through a transfer case.
